• Fiorenzo Bari _{:: Fio, as he is known to his friends, is the son of renowned chef Enrique Bari, and as such, is something of a fortune child himself. He is not at all fond of Bruce Wayne, and thinks that given time, he may well take Bruce's place as Gotham's favored son.}
  
  
• Paolina Bari _{:: Lina is Fio's twin sister, and has no interest in the fortune her family may someday possess if the restaurant continues its successful run. She is intent on following in her father's footsteps, and wants nothing more than to take over the kitchen after he retires.}
  
  
• Yevgeni Kirkenov _{:: With Falcone and most of the former mafia leaders taken care of by Batman and the Gotham PD, the underworld of Gotham City is trying to reorganize itself under Kirkenov's leadership. At 27, he is a ruthless man with seemingly no morals, and the only weak spot he does seem to possess is his affection for his fiancι, Yumν, who happens to be the niece of the infamous con man Lau.}
  
  
• Rembrandt "Brand" DeVicenzo _{:: Brand is Kirkenov's right hand man, although he has some aspirations of being the next leader of Gotham's organized crime syndicate should anything happen to his friend. He wouldn't actually do anything to harm Kirkenov himself, but if some "accident" were to befall Yevgeni, he would have no problem taking over the business.}
  
  
• Lau Yumν _{:: Yumν is a rather helpless girl who depends almost wholly on the protection of her uncle and her fiancι in order to avoid being killed by random muggers, passing cars, or venomous insects. She's incredibly spacey, and her one redeeming quality is that she seems to be less inclined towards criminal pursuits than her uncle and fiancι. She is engaged to Yevgeni Kirkenov, Gotham's new mob boss, and is rumored to be staying with him somewhere in the Narrows, but it's anybody's guess whether she really cares for him.}
